Delivering the perfect sound with a valved system

Exhaust valves are the rage these days, if you are looking for a way to add some excitement to your exhaust but also keep it moderately quiet too then this is the way forward for you.

What does an exhaust valve do?

In its simplest form an exhaust valve, or flap exists to modulate the level of sound emitted from your vehicles tailpipes. When closed your exhaust will produce a quiet comfortable tone and when open will allow your engine to sing a little louder, a pretty straight forward concept.

Benefits of valved exhaust systems:

  • Sound Customization: Drivers can enjoy a balance between a quiet and sporty exhaust note, making it ideal for daily driving and spirited driving.

  • Performance Enhancement: By reducing exhaust back pressure when the valves are open, a valved exhaust system can provide a slight boost in horsepower and torque, especially in high-performance applications.

  • Reduced Noise: Valves can be closed for quieter operation, ideal for environments with noise restrictions or residential areas.

How do i control if the valves are opened or closed?

You will have a controller that will enable you to control the valve by just a press of a button How long does it take to build?

We custom build all our systems on the vehicle, so we would ask for your vehicle for 2 days for a cat back and for a valved back box 4-5 hours.

How much does it cost? Every car is different, prices for a valved back box start at £600+VAT and for a valved cat back £800+VAT
