What is Tig welding & why we use it.

Tig Welding - Tungsten Inert Gas Tig welding is known for its precision making it ideal when building exhaust systems where precise small welds are needed.

It produces a bright, reflective and polished mirror-like shine meaning not only will it be the key part to keeping your exhaust system together but it will also look good.

Our exhaust systems are made from stainless steel therefore we use 100% argon as our shielding gas, this provides adequate protection while helping to keep temperatures low.

The welding set up is dependent on the fabricator and how they weld.

We use R-Tech Welders throughout our workshop and cannot fault the welders or the customer service you get through R-Tech themselves.
